Property prospecting, built on your data

Bring your own data.
Visualise and enrich it.

ProspectBase puts your prospecting on the national address register. You bring the contact lists and CRM data you already have — we anchor each record to a real address, show it on a satellite map, and keep it current as you work the territory.

Built in Geelong, for Australian agencies. You own your data — we never sell it.

The idea

One durable map of properties — yours to fill in over time.

Most prospecting tools are a list that goes stale the moment you export it. ProspectBase is the opposite: a permanent property record that lives on after the spreadsheet, and gets richer every time you add data or log activity against it.

01 — Bring

Your data, your way

Upload a CRM export or a contact list you already hold. No fixed format, no named data products — one upload, you attest you have the rights, and it lands against the right address.

02 — Visualise

See your territory

Every record resolves onto a real satellite map of your territory, so your prospecting lives somewhere you can actually see and work — not buried in a spreadsheet.

03 — Enrich

Keep it current

Refresh the best phone and email on demand so the number is current the moment you call, log your contact activity, and the history stays attached to the address — so when the occupant changes, your notes carry forward.

Bring your own data

We supply the map and the address backbone. You supply the data.

ProspectBase is a host and processor, not a data vendor. The only data we provide is the open national G‑NAF address register. Everything else is yours — brought by you, warranted by you, and never sold on.

One agnostic uploadNo named data products to choose between — drop your file, attest you have the rights to use it, and it's matched to addresses automatically.
You keep ownershipYour records stay yours. We don't resell, redistribute or pool your data with anyone else's.
Contact details protectedPhone and email are held back at the server and only shown to people you've permitted — not hidden in the page where they can leak.
Export when you need itPull a clean extract of your current contacts for a mail‑merge or campaign — current numbers and addresses, ready to send.
Drop your file

Connected & compliant

Plays nicely with your CRM — and keeps your calling clean.

Prospecting only counts when it lands back in the systems you run on, and when it stays on the right side of the rules.

Push to Rex

Confirm a prospect, it lands in your CRM

When you confirm a prospect, ProspectBase can push it straight into Rex — so the contact you worked on the map shows up in the CRM your team already lives in, without re‑keying.

DNCR wash

Wash against the Do Not Call Register

Before you dial, numbers can be washed against the Do Not Call Register, and do‑not‑contact rules are enforced on the map itself — call and SMS actions are suppressed on protected numbers, so the wrong call simply can't be made.

How a territory comes to life

From a blank suburb to a worked patch.

1

Build the base

Your territory starts from the national address register, ready to fill in.

2

Bring your data

Add the CRM and contact data you already hold; it lands against the right addresses.

3

Work your patch

Log your contact activity against each property so the whole team stays in sync.

4

Stays current

History sticks to the address. When the occupant changes, your contact record and notes carry forward.
