Robert Hecht - 62, Chairman. Bob is Managing Director with Alix Partners of Michigan, USA, a leading firm of turnaround managers. Currently Bob is based in the UK and heads up the European IT practice for AlixPartners Ltd from their London office.  Bob has held interim positions as CIO of Budget Rent-a-Car(Intl.), Schwinn Cycling and Fitness, Harbor Industries, and Exide Technologies.  He has also provided IT advisory services to several major International companies including Gate Gourmet International, Fila Sport, Royal Ahold, Rexel and Vendex.  Prior to joining AlixPartners, Bob owned and managed a successful marketing business in the USA.

Shshank Joshi - 34, Managing Director, Global Cash Advance. Shshank holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and has over fourteen years of professional experience in the areas of IT and ITES, Outsourcing transition and Management consulting. Started his career in IT software and hardware, worked closely with Intel on the IASP program. Shshank been involved in various ITES projects including medical transcription, online accounting and contact center services. He worked with numerous non profit organizations specializing in leadership and motivational training. Shshank has trained over 300 people in the areas of stress and time management, assertiveness training and leadership skills.

Ken Campbell - 49, Finance Director. Ken joined us from the Rebus Insurance Group (an IT software and services company specialising in the Insurance industry) where he was Chief Financial Officer. During his nineteen years with Rebus, Ken held several senior positions at Board and operational level. He was instrumental in growing the company both organically and by acquisition, increasing turnover to over £55m, together with a significant improvement in profitability. His responsibilities also covered overseas operations which included the establishment of an offshore development facility in India. Ken's expertise is in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and operations. Prior to Rebus Ken was Finance Manager of the Joint Credit Card Company (Access/Mastercard), having started his career with Ford Motor Company.

Rick Morales - 44, VP - Business Development (United States). Currently based in Los Angeles, California, Rick comes to us with many successes in business development and management throughout his career. Recently, he served as a Double-Center General Manager with a global property management company. Rick has also owned and operated his own successful financial services company in two countries, owned and operated his own cellular store location and has been a consultant to the direct sales industry for many years.  

Neeraj Bhatia - 39, Director of Business Development. Neeraj holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He started his career at Spectra World in India, a company which caters to the automating textile machine industry. He was Managing Director of O!Kraft India Ltd., a company specializing in the distribution of ophthalmological operating instruments within Indian domestic and overseas markets. He has worked with TCSIPL to make desktop-to-desktop secure messaging systems for the Indian Army and has worked in Bangladesh at BCSIR science labs implementing hardware and software for various research projects. Neeraj came to the UK in 2002 and until recently was Managing Director of a company in the retail industry, supplying electronic security systems and mobile phones to consumers and business.
